Competition Terms & Conditions

The Promoter

The promoter is: JACKSON JACKPOT LIMITED (company number 14743069) trading as Jackson Jackpot (the "Promoter", "we", "us" or "our") and whose registered office is at Suite 3b Kings House, 1 King Street, Leeds, England, LS1 2HH.

Our PO Box for postal entries is Jackson Jackpot Limited, International ouse, 10 Beaufort Court, Admirals Way, London, E14 9XL.

Our customer service hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Applicability and acceptance of our Terms and Conditions

These competition terms and conditions (the "Competition T&C's"), together with:
1. our Website Terms of Use;
2. any terms and conditions that apply to specific competitions, including in relation to the free postal entry route (the "Specific Rules"); and
3. the terms and conditions that apply to any promotion that we offer, including any Giveaways (as defined in paragraph 4.2(the "Promotional Terms"),

(the Competition T&C's, the Website Terms of Use, the Specific Rules and the Promotional Terms being together referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to all competitions and promotions listed, or otherwise made available, on the Promoter’s website at jacksonjackpot.com (the “Website”) and all our Giveaways.

The Terms and Conditions apply to you whenever you use our Website, register for a JJ Account (as defined in paragraph 6.1 below), enter into any competition, participate in any of our promotional activities (including any Giveaways, bonus offers or entries, discount codes or entry credits), win any prize, engage with any of our social media pages, groups or accounts, or otherwise use, access and/or interact with any of the products or services offered by us (together the "Services").

By using the Services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with the Promoter on the terms set out in the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the Terms and Conditions, you may not register for an account with us via our Website (a "JJ Account") and you must stop using the Website and our Services.

If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Competition T&C's, the Website Terms of Use, the Specific Rules and/or the Promotional Terms, the order of priority in which they shall apply will be: the Promotional Terms, then the Specific Rules, then these Competition T&C's, then the Terms of Use.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Promoter may make changes to the Terms and Conditions from time to time. If the Promoter makes material changes to the Terms and Conditions, it will notify you (using the email address associated with your JJ Account or via a notice on the Website) before the material changes come into effect. If you continue to use the Website after any changes to the Terms and Conditions come into effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree to any changes that are made, you must stop using the Website and close your JJ Account.

The latest version of these Competition T&C's will be available on the Website, together with copies of the latest version of all the Terms and Conditions.

The Competitions and Free Giveaways

The Promoter may offer different formats of prize competition from time to time including the following (the "Competitions"):

Main 'Jackpot' Draws: To be in with a chance of winning our main 'jackpot' draws, everyone who would like to enter will have a choice whether to participate by paying to enter or to enter for free by post (see paragraph 5.14 below for more details about the postal entry route) and the winning entry (or entries, where there is more than one prize) will be selected at random using third party random number generator software (whether the draw is conducted live via our Facebook or other social media page(s) or otherwise).

Instant Wins: 'Instant Win' draws operate in the same way as our main 'jackpot' draws. The difference is that, when you are allocated a ticket number in respect of your entry(ies), if any of your ticket numbers match an instant win ticket number then you will instantly win the relevant instant win prize. Your ticket(s) will also continue to be eligible to win prizes in the associated main 'jackpot' draw. When you enter one of our Instant Win draws, you will be able to see which (if any) instant win prizes are (still) available to be won.

Freebies: The Promoter may make draws available to enter for free (i.e. no cost to enter and the postal entry route is not applicable) from time to time via the Website. The winning entry (or entries, where there is more than one prize) will be selected at random using third party random number generator software (whether the draw is via our Facebook or other social media page(s) or otherwise. Please note that these draws are not the same as the Giveaways that we may offer from time to time (see paragraph 4.2 below for more details) ("Freebies").

Flash Draws: To be in with a chance of winning our 'flash draws' everyone who would like to enter will have a choice whether to participate by paying to enter or to entering for free by sending us an email following the instructions on the Website. The winning entry (or entries, where there is more than one prize) will be selected at random using third party random number generator software (whether the draw is conducted live via our Facebook or other social media page(s) or otherwise). The lead time between the 'flash draw' opening and the draw to select the winner(s) is usually shorter than our main 'jackpot' draws (for example, 12 or 24 hours) ("Flash Draws").

Every ticket's a winner: these draws operate in the same way as our main 'jackpot' draws. The difference is that every ticket entered into the draw will win, although the value of the prize may be less than the cost of the ticket to enter (or of a stamp if you enter via the postal entry route).

Free Giveaways: the Promoter may also make free giveaways available to enter for free (i.e. no cost to enter and the postal entry route is not applicable) from time to time via the Website, the JJ FB Group and/or any other of our social media groups, pages or accounts ("Giveaways"). The winning entry (or entries, where there is more than one prize) will be:

selected at random using third party random number generator software (whether the draw is conducted live via our Facebook or other social media page(s) or otherwise); or
selected based on having met certain criteria specified in the Specific Rules applicable to the Giveaway as published on the Website or relevant social media account, page or group.

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, remove or amend any of the Competitions, Giveaways or any other products or services offered, at any time.

The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or modify or amend any Competition, promotion, Giveaway or other product or service (or any part of it), and any associated terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so including if there is a clear and obvious error with any of the information published in relation to it due to human or technical error or if any fraud, technical failures, human failures or any other factor beyond the Promoter's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Competition, promotion or Giveaway, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.

There is no minimum number of entries required in relation to any Competition and the Promoter will not hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend any Competition due to a lack of entries.

How to enter
1. Each person who validly enters a Competition or a Giveaway in accordance with the Terms and Conditions is referred to in these Competition T&C's as an “Entrant”.
1. Each Competition and Giveaway will run from and including the time at which the Competition or Giveaway is published on the Website (or on social media, as applicable), and close at the time on the closing date specified (the "Closing Date"). For all our Competitions, a timer counting down to the Closing Date will also be displayed on the Website and the time and date of the relevant draw during which the winner(s) of the Competition will be selected, will also be displayed on the Website. All times and dates referred to are the times and dates in London, England.
1. If it is necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to change the Closing Date of a Competition or Giveaway. If the Promoter does change the Closing Date of a Competition or Giveaway, the new details will be displayed immediately on the Website. The Promoter will never extend the Closing Date simply to sell more entries.
1. All Competition and Giveaway entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the specified time on the Closing Date. All Competition or Giveaway entries received after the specified time on the Closing Date are automatically disqualified and no refunds for any entry fees, costs, fees or expenses incurred in connection with such entry(ies) will be given.
1. The maximum number of tickets available for each Competition will be stated on the Website, together with a counter (and/or percentage bar) showing how many of the total tickets available have been sold and/or entries received. However, the number of tickets sold and/or entries received when the Closing Date is reached should not be considered as the final and complete odds for the Competition as any eligible free postal entries may still need to be processed and certain entries may have been voided or removed from the draw in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, so the odds may change. The number of entries you are able to make may be limited if the maximum number of entries available for the Competition is reached. Any postal entries received after the maximum number of total entries specified in relation to the relevant Competition is reached will be automatically disqualified and no refunds for any entry fees, costs, fees or expenses incurred in connection with such entry(ies) will be given.
1. You can enter a Competition as many times as you wish until you reach the maximum number of tickets per person displayed on the Website or the maximum number of entries have been received (whichever happens first). You must not take any action that is intended to enable you to exceed, or has the result of circumventing, the maximum number of tickets that you may purchase in respect of any Competition, including by hiding your email address when using ApplePay as a payment method. If we discover, or become aware that you have taken any such action, we may close your JJ Account(s), disqualify you from entering into any future Competitions offered by the Promoter, disqualify all entries made into Competitions that have not yet been drawn and/or any other promotional activities, withhold any prizes that you would otherwise be eligible to receive and void any prizes, tickets, JJ coins, entries and/or credit associated with your use of the Service and/or your JJ Account and no refunds for any entry fees, costs, fees or expenses incurred in connection with any entry(ies) will be given.
1. You acknowledge and accept that the price of entry into our Competitions is determined in our sole discretion and will be specified at the point of sale and/or displayed on the relevant page(s) of the Website.
1. Payment for tickets/entries can be made by the payment methods specified on the relevant page(s) of the Website. Some banks may impose charges or fees for making transactions in connection with your purchase and such charges may vary between banks or financial institutions; please check with your bank for more details.
To enter a Competition:

a) go to the Website, view the available Competitions and choose which Competition you wish to enter;

b) select the number of tickets that you wish to purchase, add them to your basket, proceed to checkout, log-in to your JJ Account, submit your billing details and complete the purchase (unless it is a Freebie draw and there is no cost to enter); or

c) enter for free by post in accordance with the free postal entry terms displayed on the Website and the Terms and Conditions or the terms displayed in connection with a Freebie draw.
1. All entries must be submitted in the English language. Entries in languages other than English will automatically be disqualified and no refund for any entry fees, costs, fees or expenses incurred in connection with such entry(ies) will be given.
1. Unless you are using the free postal entry method, the Promoter will send confirmation by email that your purchase has been completed entry has been received.
1. The Promoter will not accept responsibility and will not be liable to you for Competition entries that are not successfully completed or purchased (for example due to a failed payment) or that are lost, delayed, damaged or illegible, regardless of the cause, including as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction (by your or our systems), payment failures, acts of god or any network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind affecting your or our network, service, computer hardware or software. No refunds for any entry fees, costs, fees or expenses incurred in connection with such entry(ies) will be given.
1. By purchasing entries, submitting a Competition entry by post and/or by entering into any Competition or Giveaway via any other means, you enter into a legally binding contract with the Promoter and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
1. Once your purchase is completed, and you receive confirmation of your order, the transaction is considered final. The product is deemed delivered when you receive this confirmation and can participate in the service as intended. For instant win draws (where there is no live draw), the receipt of confirmation constitutes the final and complete fulfilment of our service obligations to you. For competitions with a live draw, our obligations are fully discharged once the competition concludes and the winner selection process is completed.
1. You may enter any Competition for free via the Website by complying the following conditions (this paragraph does not apply to Freebies, which are free to enter and the postal entry route does not apply):
  
  Free Postal Entry
  
  a) sending your entry (or entries) by ordinary first or second class post (without special arrangements for delivery) on an unenclosed postcard to the Promoter at our postal address: Jackson Jackpot Limited, Jackson Jackpot, International Jouse, 10 Beaufort Court, Admirals Way, London, E14 9XL.
  
  b) hand delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the random draw;
  
  c) include with your entry the following information:
  
  i) your full name;
  
  ii) your residential address;
  
  iii) a contact telephone number and email address linked to your JJ Account;
  
  iv) the full name of the competition you are entering; and
  
  v) your date of birth;
  
  d) incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;
  
  e) you may make multiple free entries for any Competition (up to any limit placed on the number of entries that may be made by an individual participant by the Promoter and displayed on the Website and subject always to the maximum total number of entries applicable to the Competition as displayed on the Website) but each free postal entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter on a separate, unenclosed, postcard. Bulk postal entries combined into one envelope/package or otherwise enclosed together will not be accepted as multiple entries and if such a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry only unless the cost of purchasing a single ticket for a competition is less than the cost of a stamp, in which case you can enter the competition multiple times by combining a number of entries into one envelope/package up to a maximum number of entries that would be equal to the cost of a stamp if you were paying for each entry via the Website (for example, if it costs 1p per entry to enter a Competition via the Website, you may combine 85 entries in one envelope to equal the current cost of a second-class stamp).
  
  f) by entering the Competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter, you have an active JJ Account and accept our Terms and Conditions;
  
  g) your entry must be received by the Promoter by the time on the Closing Date specified on the Website. Entries received after that time on the Closing Date will not be entered into the draw and are automatically disqualified. No refunds for any entry fees, costs, fees or expenses incurred in connection with such entry(ies) will be given. The Promoter will not take into account any proof of posting as this is not relevant to determining the time or date on which the Promoter actually receives the postal entry.
  
  h) the Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your free postal entry;
  
  i) if the total number of entries received by the Promoter in relation to the Competition reaches the maximum number of total entries specified on the Website in relation to the relevant competition before your free entry(ies) is/are received, your entry will be automatically disqualified, it will not be entered into the random draw and no refunds for any entry fees, costs, fees or expenses incurred in connection with such entry(ies) will be given.Free entry to Flash Draws (which open 24hrs or less before the draw takes place)
  
  a) Send an email to: [email protected] with the subject heading 'Flash Draw Entry' and include in the email your:
  
  i) your full name;
  
  ii) your residential address;
  
  iii) a contact telephone number and email address linked to your JJ Account;
  
  iv) the full name competition you are entering; and
  
  v) your date of birth.
  
  b) You may make multiple free entries for a Flash Draw (up to any limit placed on the number of entries that may be made by an individual participant by the Promoter and displayed on the Website and subject always to the maximum total number of entries applicable to the Flash Draw as displayed on the Website) but each free entry must be submitted by a separate email.
  
  c) If the total number of entries received by the Promoter in relation to the Flash Draw reaches the maximum number of total entries specified on the Website in relation to the relevant Flash Draw before your free entry(ies) is/are received, your entry will be automatically disqualified, it will not be entered into the random draw and no refunds for any entry fees, costs, fees or expenses incurred in connection with such entry(ies) will be given.

Your Jackson Jackpot account
1. If you want to use our Services, enter into any Competitions or participate in any promotions or Giveaways, you must register for a JJ Account.
1. To register for a JJ Account, you will need to follow the registration process on the Website. Please note that each JJ Account can only have one username and email address attributed to it at any time.
1. You can only register one JJ Account with us. If you open more than one JJ Account (using the same or similar details) then we may close any additional JJ Accounts (leaving the JJ Account created earliest open), void any entries that you have made using the additional JJ Accounts; and/or void any prizes which have been won by you using the additional JJ Accounts. You also agree to return any such prizes which have already been paid or delivered to you, to the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter's instructions.
1. You must not use someone else's JJ Account to enter into any of our Competitions, promotions or Giveaways. If we discover, or otherwise become aware, that you have used someone else's JJ Account to enter into any of our Competitions, promotions or Giveaways, or to otherwise use our Services, we may close your JJ Account and/or any other JJ Account you have used to enter the Competition, promotion or Giveaway; void any entries that you have made using someone else's JJ Account; and/or void any prizes that have been won using someone else's JJ Account. You also agree to return any such prizes which have already been paid or delivered, to the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter's instructions.
1. Your JJ Account may only be used for your own, personal, use and not for the benefit of any third party.
1. Your JJ Account must not be used for commercial purposes.
1. You must protect the secrecy of your JJ Account username, email address and password. We strongly advise against sharing any of your JJ Account log-in details or any of your payment details with any third parties, including your Apple Pay passwords. Sharing this sensitive, confidential, information can compromise the security of your JJ Account and your payment facilities and bank accounts and may result in unauthorised access to, or use of your JJ Account and/or unauthorised transactions through your JJ Account and/or bank accounts (in each case, that you may still be liable for). It is your responsibility to keep your log-in and bank details confidential to avoid any unauthorised use.
1. You are responsible and shall be liable to the Promoter for all activity that occurs through your JJ Account, including any activity by unauthorised persons.
1. You must provide accurate and complete information in respect of your JJ Account and your entry into any Competition or Giveaway. You agree to promptly notify us if any of your information changes or is inaccurate.
1. You have the right to close your JJ Account and cease using the Services at any time but you will remain responsible for all activities conducted from your JJ Account until it is closed and/or you cease using the Services. We will maintain your JJ Account for a period of time following closure of it in order to assist us in complying with our legal and regulatory obligations and in accordance with paragraph 18.4 of these Competition T&C's and our Privacy Policy.

Selecting a winner
1. Save for in relation to Giveaways where the winner(s) is/are selected based on having met certain criteria specified in the Specific Rules applicable to the Giveaway, all Entrants will be placed into the relevant draw and the winner (or winners if there is more than one prize) will be chosen at random using third party random number generator software (whether the draw is conducted live via our Facebook or other social media page(s) or otherwise). The random draw will take place as soon as reasonably possible and, in any event, within 7 days after the Closing Date (the “Draw Date“).
1. All Entrants will have their names and entry numbers included on a spreadsheet which may be visible during a live draw. If you do not wish to have your name included on this spreadsheet you must contact the Promoter via email soon as reasonably possible after you have completed your entry and in any event, at least 48 hours before the live draw takes place.

Live Draws on Facebook

The draws of all our main 'jackpot' draws are currently broadcast 'live' on Facebook. If you do not have a Facebook account and are unable to watch a draw that you have entered, you may request a recorded version to download by emailing [email protected]. You acknowledge and accept that we are not able to guarantee that the record version will be made available to you because we rely on Facebook to make it available to us (and Facebook may not always be able to provide us with the recorded version). The Promoter is not responsible or liable to you for any failure or delay in providing the recorded version of any live broadcast.

Eligibility to enter and/or win a prize
1. If the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that you have committed a material breach of the Terms and Conditions, then it may forfeit any entry(ies) that you have made and you will not be entitled to a refund for any entry fees, costs, fees or expenses incurred in connection with such entry(ies). For the avoidance of doubt, we shall incur no liability towards you if your entries (and therefore any prizes associated with them) is forfeited.
1. Our Competitions, promotions and Giveaways are only open to residents in the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except:a) employees or affiliates of the Promoter;b) employees of agents of, or suppliers to, the Promoter, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; orc) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
1. By entering any Competition, promotion or Giveaway you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, resident in the UK, have capacity to enter into a legally binding contact with us as set out in the Terms and Conditions and are eligible to do so (and to claim any prize you may win) in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
1. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the relevant Competition, promotion or Giveaway in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. If you are the winner of a Competition, promotion or Giveaway you may be required to provide information to the Promoter as proof of your identity, to confirm your eligibility to enter into the Competition, promotion or Giveaway, to prove your eligibility to claim the prize and/or to prove your eligibility to take ownership or possession of the prize. If you fail to provide the Promoter with any such proof or other information that they may require within a reasonable time, you may be disqualified from the Competition, promotion or Giveaway and will be ineligible for a refund for any entry fees, costs, fees or expenses incurred in connection with such entry(ies) and any winnings will be forfeited. For the avoidance of doubt, we shall incur no liability towards you if your entries are disqualified and/or if any prizes associated with them are forfeited.
1. The Promoter will not accept entries to any Competition, promotion or Giveaway that are:a) automatically generated by computer; b) incomplete or illegible; and/or
c) made in breach of the Terms and Conditions.
1. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you from any Competition, promotion or Giveaway if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition, promotion or Giveaway. This includes if you are rude or abusive to the Promoter or anyone associated with them.
1. By using the Services you confirm that you are not breaching any laws or regulations applicable to you and/or applicable in the jurisdiction from which you access and use the Service. We do not intend that the Services be used by persons in jurisdictions where such activities are prohibited by applicable law, and we will not be held responsible nor accept any liability for your unlawful use of the Services.
1. If we become aware that you have accessed or used the Services from a country where it is unlawful for you to do so then we will disqualify your entries in any and all competitions and/or other promotional activities and void any prizes, tickets, JJ coins, entries and/or credit associated with your use of the Service and/or your Jackson Jackpot account.

FREE Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Winner Notification

The winner(s) will be notified via Facebook for Facebook wins, or via their JJ Account and the email address associated with their JJ Account for Giveaways made available through the Website.
If the winner does not respond within 5 days of the notification, another winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Prize Claim

The winner(s) must claim the prize within 5 days of receiving notification from the Promoter that they have won. If the prize is not claimed within the specified period, it will be forfeited, and another winner will be chosen or the prize will be withheld. For the avoidance of doubt, we shall incur no liability towards you if your entries are disqualified and/or if any prizes associated with them are forfeited.

Prohibited Activities
1. You may only use the Services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and accept that you will not, nor will you assist nor encourage another to, engage, or attempt to engage, in any of the following prohibited activities in connection with the use of the Services:
  1. commit a material breach of the Terms and Conditions;
  2. engage in any form of fraudulent, improper or illegal activity, or any form of collusion or cheating;
  3. provide incorrect, inaccurate or misleading information when entering a competition and/or registering for a JJ Account, make any misrepresentation to the Promoter or conceal any information from the Promoter;
  4. create or use multiple JJ Accounts;
  5. deliberately or accidentally withhold information from the Promoter in order to exceed the maximum number of entries that an individual may make into any competition or the total number of entries allowed in respect of any competition (in each case as displayed on the Website) (please ensure your email address is not hidden on apple pay);
  6. hiding your email address when using ApplePay as a payment method;
  7. allow someone else to use your JJ account (whether intentionally or unintentionally) or use or attempt to use another user's JJ Account;
  8. interrupt, interfere with, attack, disrupt, manipulate, gain unauthorised access to, hack, or introduce any viruses, trojans or other malicious material into, our Website or any servers, software, systems or databases used in connection with the provision of the Services (or attempt to do any of the foregoing);
  9. unauthorised use, or amendment or modification, of any of the code that constitutes the Website;
  10. use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper functioning of, or any other person's use of, the Services or the Website;
  11. deliberately or accidentally manipulate any glitch, technical error or human error on the Website (whether visible or not);
  12. breach, impair, interfere with, or circumvent any security systems or measures used to protect the Services (or attempt to do any of the foregoing);
  13. use any artificial intelligence tools when accessing the Services or data mining or extraction methods intended to scrape or extract data from the Services;
  14. collect or store any personally identifiable information from other users of the Services;
  15. develop or use any applications, software or APIs that interact with the Services without our prior written consent;
  16. tamper with the entry process or the operation of any Competition, Promotion or Giveaway;
  17. in our reasonable discretion, engage in any activity which is objectionable, restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Services, or may expose us to any harm or liability of any kind or behave in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner;
  18. engage in any abuse and/or harassment of any of the Promoters directors, shareholders, officers or employees; or
  19. make any comments (verbally or in writing) about the Promoter or its directors, shareholders, officers or employees which are, or create any posts or content in relation, or referring, to the Promoter or its directors, shareholders, officers or employees which is, unlawful, infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, vulgar, harassing, threatening, violent, invasive of another's privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, and/or discriminatory or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, or religious group.
2. If you, or you assist or encourage another to, engage in any of the prohibited activities outlined in paragraph 11.1 above, the Promoter may (in its sole discretion), terminate the Terms and Conditions, close your JJ Account(s), disqualify you from entering into any future Competitions, promotions or Giveaways offered by the Promoter, disqualify all entries made into Competitions, promotions or Giveaways that have not yet been drawn (as a applicable) and/or any other promotional activities, withhold any prizes that you would otherwise be eligible to receive and void any prizes, tickets, JJ coins, entries and/or credit associated with your use of the Service and/or your JJ Account and no refunds for any entry fees, costs, fees or expenses incurred in connection with any entry(ies) will be given.

Refunds
1. No refunds of the entry fee or any costs, fees or expenses incurred in connection with any entry(ies) entry fee will be given in any event including:
1. if, following your entry into a Competition, promotion or Giveaway, you or we subsequently find out that you are not eligible, or you become illegible to enter the Competition, promotion or Giveaway or claim or take ownership or possession of the prize (including if you are no longer resident in the UK);

Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback or other reversal of payment in respect of any tickets you have acquired (and that have not been acquired fraudulently by a third party) the Promoter will immediately block your JJ Account(s). Any tickets purchased prior to the chargeback will remain active and valid for all applicable draws. Any tickets affected or covered by, or related to, the chargeback (or other reversal of payment) request will be disqualified and we may close your JJ Account(s), disqualify you from entering into any future Competitions, promotions or Giveaways offered by the Promoter, disqualify all entries made into Competition, promotion or Giveaway that have not yet been drawn (as applicable) and/or any other promotional activities, withhold any prizes that you would otherwise be eligible to receive and void any prizes, tickets, JJ coins, entries and/or credit associated with your use of the Service and/or your JJ Account and no refunds for any entry fees, costs, fees or expenses incurred in connection with any entry(ies) will be given.

The prize
1. The prize(s) for each Competition, promotion or Giveaway is/are described on the Website or our social media page, account or platform (as applicable), save that:
  1. details of prizes are, to the best of the Promoter’s knowledge, information and belief and the Promoter shall have no liability to you for any incorrect information including where there has been a clear and obvious technical or human error;
  1. non-cash prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any non-cash prize with a prize of equal or greater value or a cash alternative of equal value;
  1. the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a cash alternative to any non-cash prize. In such cases, the cash prize will be of equal value (as reasonably determined by the Promoter) to the prize advertised; and
  1. you may request to view a list of cash alternative prizes in relation to any non-cash prizes by emailing [email protected] and you may request to receive a cash alternative to any non-cash prize based on this information.

The Promoter makes no representations and gives no warranties about the prizes offered, their value (in the case of non-cash prizes), their condition or any other information provided on the Website. 1. Certain prizes may be supplied by a third party supplier (the “Supplier”). Details of the Supplier (if any) will be provided on the Website or on our social media page, group or account (as applicable). Any prizes supplier by a Supplier are subject to the terms and conditions of the Supplier.
1. All non-cash prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and may be subject to terms and conditions imposed by the prize provider (e.g. the retailer in the case of any vouchers), manufacturer or Supplier.

Each prize must be accepted as awarded (they are non-negotiable) and is non-transferable or convertible to other substitutes other than in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, offers or discounts, including any vouchers or offers of the Promoter or other prize suppliers.
1. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold a prize in the event of a human error, system error or third party error including any clear and obvious error in the information published on the Website.

Winners
1. Save for in relation to Giveaways where the winner is selected based on having met certain criteria specified in the Specific Rules applicable to the Giveaway, the winning entry (or entries, where there is more than one prize) to any Competition, promotion or Giveaway is/are selected at random using third party random number generator software (whether the draw is conducted live via our Facebook or other social media page(s) or otherwise). The outcome of the draws is final and the Promoter is not obliged to enter into any correspondence or discussion with any Entrant regarding the outcome of the draw.
1. The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Draw Date, using the telephone number or email address linked to your JJ Account.

Save for in relation to Giveaways (see paragraph 10 below), if the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed the prize within 31 days of the date on which the draw took place, the Promoter may forfeit your win and offer the prize to the next eligible Entrant who shall be selected at random in accordance with paragraph 15.1 above. For the avoidance of doubt, we shall incur no liability towards you if your entries and/or any prizes associated with them are forfeited.
1. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will make available the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who writes to the address set out in paragraph 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope).
1. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at [email protected] prior to the Closing Date. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Claiming the prize
1. You must claim the prize personally. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf unless previously agreed in writing with the Promoter. Details of how the prize will be delivered (or made available for collection) will be published on the Website.

If your personal details, including contact information, changes at any time you should notify the Promoter as soon as reasonably possible by making the necessary changes/updates to your details through your JJ Account or by sending an email to [email protected]. 1. Any cash prize will be credited to your JJ Account wallet. You may request to withdraw all or part of the balance on your JJ Account wallet at any time, provided that:
  1. you have not initiated any chargebacks or other reversal of payment in respect of any tickets you have acquired (and that have not been acquired fraudulently by a third party);
  1. you have completed any identity or other checks required in accordance with the Terms and Conditions or in satisfaction or our legal or regulatory obligations (any delay in providing this information may cause a delay when withdrawing funds); and
  1. there is currently no ongoing, or completed (save where completed and decided in your favour), investigation by us:
    1. into your use of the Services and/or any known or suspects breach of the Terms and Conditions;
    1. into any error, interruption or malfunction involving any aspect of the Website which relates in whole or in part to any of the entries you have made and/or competitions, promotions or Giveaways that you have entered into and/or the funds you are requesting to withdraw; or
    1. where we have reason to believe you have engaged in illegal or fraudulent activity,
and in these cases you accept and agree that we are entitled to terminate the Terms and Conditions, close your JJ Account(s), disqualify you from entering into any future Competitions, promotions or Giveaways offered by the Promoter, disqualify all entries made into competitions that have not yet been drawn and/or any other promotional activities, withhold any prizes that you would otherwise be eligible to receive and void any prizes, tickets, JJ coins, entries and/or credit associated with your use of the Service and/or your JJ Account and no refunds for any entry fees, costs, fees or expenses incurred in connection with any entry(ies) will be given.
1. When you make a withdrawal request, you will be asked to provide your sort code and account number into which the funds are to be paid. When your withdrawal request has been processed, you will receive confirmation from the Promoter.
1. You may be asked to provide evidence that you are the sole or joint beneficiary of the nominated bank account. Failure to do so within 14 days will result in disqualification from the competition and the winner forfeiting the prize. For the avoidance of doubt, we shall incur no liability towards you if your entries are disqualified and/or if any prizes associated with them are forfeited.

1. any delay in the supply of any prize to a winner;
1. the cancellation of any prize in accordance with the Terms and Conditions;
1. any system failures, software or hardware errors, bugs, viruses, technical malfunctions, availability, network or communications issues, failed or partial transmissions, any material change or deviation from the expected functioning of the Services for whatever reason (including where there appears to be no obvious error to the functioning of the Services), any failures caused by the equipment or hardware that you use to access the Services, or any other types of fault beyond our reasonable control;
1. any damage to your equipment or hardware or corruption of data that results from your use of the Services, except that where any defective digital content that we supply to you damages any of your equipment or hardware which is caused by our failure to use reasonable skill and care, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation (as determined in our reasonable discretion);
1. any other events, acts, omissions, accidents or delays in performance of our obligations which are beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial disputes, any pandemic, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, fire, flood, storm, nuclear accident, or compliance with any new law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction; or
1. the acts, omissions, defaults, breaches, or inactions of any other third party.
1. The Promoter will not be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, punitive, special damages or lost data or goodwill.
1. Save as set out in clause 17.2, our maximum liability to you under these Terms and Conditions whether for breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, in relation to any one incident or a series of related incidents, is limited as follows:
1. where our liability relates to your participation in a competition and you have won a prize, it will be limited to the cash value of the prize;
1. where our liability arises from the loss, deletion, or failure to process your entry, you shall be entitled to a replacement entry into another competition only;
1. where there has been a discontinuation of the JJ Coins program (see paragraph 21 below), we will provide a cash exchange for the equivalent value of the JJ Coins earned and held by you at the time of the discontinuation; or
1. in all other circumstances, £100 (one hundred pounds).
1. We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so.

Data protection and publicity
1. By entering any Competitions, promotions or Giveaways, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held, used and deleted at any time only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers or as otherwise set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy Privacy Policy – Jackson Jackpot a copy of which is available on the Website.

If you are the winner of a Competition, promotion or Giveaway, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of the Competition, promotion or Giveaway at any time. This will not affect your chances of winning the prize.
